What affects your install price
Every home is different, so we quote each job individually. These are the main factors:
- System type & size: AC, heat pump, furnace or mini-split, and tonnage
- Indoor unit location: attic installs take more time than a closet or garage
- Line set: reuse and flush vs. new copper
- Electrical: whether your breaker and wiring match the new equipment
- Ductwork & venting: transitions, repairs or flue changes
- Permit fees set by your city
Our pricing promises
- Flat-rate, written quote before you buy equipment
- No markup on equipment, ever (we don’t sell it)
- Installation materials, permit and haul-away itemized and included
- No surprise fees. Extra work is quoted and approved by you first
- Free equipment approval with no obligation
