Whole-home ductless
Multi-zone systems for homes without ductwork, with room-by-room control.
We install DIY mini-split kits, too
Bought a “DIY” pre-charged mini-split kit and decided you’d rather not climb a ladder with a hole saw? We install those. A licensed install also means proper electrical, a permit where required, a level mount and a clean line-set run that won’t leak or drip down your wall.
What’s included
- Free approval: BTU sizing per room, indoor head style and placement
- Indoor head mounting, wall penetration, sealing and line-set cover
- Outdoor unit on a pad or wall bracket, with disconnect and whip
- Flare connections torqued to spec, pressure test and deep vacuum (traditional systems)
- Condensate drain routing (gravity or pump)
- Startup, remote / app setup and walkthrough
A dedicated electrical circuit is required for most systems. If you don’t have one at the install location, we’ll include it in your quote or coordinate with a licensed electrician.
Mini-split FAQs
What size mini-split do I need?
Room size, ceiling height, insulation, windows and sun exposure all matter. Garages in our climate typically need more capacity than a bedroom of the same size. We size each zone during your free approval.
Single-zone or multi-zone?
A single-zone system (one outdoor, one indoor unit) is simplest and most efficient for one space. Multi-zone systems run several indoor heads from one outdoor unit and are great for multiple rooms, though each head has to be sized carefully.
How long does a mini-split install take?
Most single-zone installs take half a day to a full day. Multi-zone systems typically take one to two days depending on line-set routing.
