Repair & maintenance

Honest HVAC repair. No pressure to replace.

Because we don’t make money selling equipment, we have no reason to talk you into a new system. We’ll find the problem, explain your options and quote the fix upfront.

AC & heating repair

When your system quits in the middle of a Houston summer, you need someone who will fix it, not sell you something. Our licensed technicians diagnose and repair all major brands, including systems we didn’t install.

  • AC not cooling or blowing warm air
  • Capacitor & contactor replacement
  • Refrigerant leak search & repair
  • Frozen coils & airflow problems
  • Clogged drains & water leaks
  • Blower & fan motor repair
  • Furnace ignition & flame sensor issues
  • Thermostat troubleshooting

Repair or replace? We’ll tell you straight.

If a repair makes sense, we’ll recommend it. If your system is old, inefficient and facing an expensive repair, we’ll show you the numbers, and if replacement is the smart move, you can still save thousands by buying the equipment yourself and having us install it.

Seasonal maintenance tune-ups

Regular maintenance is the cheapest way to avoid breakdowns and keep your system efficient. It’s also something many manufacturers expect for warranty coverage. Our tune-ups include:

  • Coil inspection and outdoor coil rinse
  • Refrigerant performance check (superheat / subcooling)
  • Electrical inspection: capacitors, contactors, connections and amp draws
  • Condensate drain flush and float switch test
  • Filter check, blower inspection and airflow test
  • Heating safety check and combustion inspection (furnaces)

Repair & maintenance FAQs

Do you repair systems you didn’t install?

Yes. We service most major residential brands, no matter who installed them.

How often should I service my AC?

In our climate we recommend a cooling tune-up every spring, and a heating check in the fall if you have a gas furnace. Change or check your air filter every 1–3 months.

Can I supply my own replacement parts?

In many cases, yes, as long as they’re the correct, new OEM or equivalent parts. Ask us first and we’ll confirm the exact part number so you don’t buy the wrong one.

Found a system you like? Let’s make sure it’s the right one.

Send us the link before you buy. A licensed tech will confirm sizing, compatibility and warranty terms, then give you a flat-rate written install quote. Free, no obligation.
